
Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1-2 tsp. of milk, if needed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix flour, salt, and spices together in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add egg in the butter mix.
- Add molasses and vanilla.
- Slowly mix flour mixture until your dough forms. If the dough is dry, add milk.
- Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and use cutter of your choice. Bake 8-9 mins. Tasty!
